Deceitful Manager
This is a story about my friend. She was an insurance agent for a while. She tried real hard to look for prospects. She asked for referrals every day from her family and friends. Since it was just her first year in the industry, her Unit Manager accompanied her in talking with the prospects. After a month, she had not closed any deal. One time, she bumped into one of her prospects in a grocery store. She followed up her proposal, but to her dismay, the prospect told her that he already got one from the Unit Manager. The manager had the nerves to steal my friend’s prospects and made them her clients.
