I have been in the IT field for 15 years and with the same organization for 10. It's a small IT firm and I am it's Marketing Services Manager among many other hats. Recently my Boss shared with me his daughter who is now 12 and wants the sun and moon and everything at the mall. He wants to know if she can stuff envelopes for me on various campaigns I may run. Ok, innocent enough...sure. Now I get emails from her on where are her envelopes, when is my next campaign, can her little sister slap labels on any envelopes for me? She would really liek to earn some money from her dad asap. It's ridiculous. I can't blame the kid for wanting to acutally earn the Coach purse she wants, but blame her father a.k.a my boss for adding this into my field of responsibilites along with everything else I do. So, my new boss is 12. Where do I go from here?
